Pokémon’s New Chapter: "Lucky na Safari de Oni Gokko!?" Episode Unveiled

Pokémon’s Short Story Streaming Begins

The Pokémon Company has launched a new 17-minute long Pokémon episode, "Lucky na Safari de Oni Gokko!?" on its official YouTube channel. The title, which translates to "What’s Fun in the Safari?", is a playful take on the Pokémon phenomenon of exploring new horizons.

Exciting Cast

The episode features the voice talents of Kinno Hina and Chiba Shigeru, who will be bringing the characters of Meg and Bozuri to life. Fujiwara Taito, a renowned composer, has created the ending theme song "Lucky Dance".

Behind-the-Scenes

Under the direction of Fujiwara Taito, the episode is a collaboration between Producer Kon Satoshi and character designer Cona Nitanda. The team has worked tirelessly to bring this exciting new chapter in the Pokémon universe to life.

A New Era of Short Stories

Pokémon Company has announced plans to release new short stories every week for the next 8 weeks, starting with "Pamo Pamotto Pawmot!" on September 18th. The studio NaNoShi and colossal Kyoto have been spearheading the production of this new era of short stories.

More to Come

The second episode, "Ikari no Okorizaru Kansatsu Nikki", is set to stream from September 25th, with a new storyline and exciting characters. The third episode, "Tsutayori Hassēzu?", will premiere on October 2nd, and the fourth episode, "Gogoat ni Notte", will be available from October 9th onwards.

A Look Back at Pokémon’s Short Stories

The first-ever Pokémon short story, "POKÉTOON: Scrappy and Mimi Kyou", was released on Pokémon Kids TV’s YouTube channel in June 2020. Since then, the franchise has released seven more short stories, including "Mattete ne Koiking", "Poka-Poka MaguMaggu House", "Gengar ni Nacchatta!?", "Fubuki no Natsu Yasumi", and "Purin no Uta".
