新chapter for the Adventures of Hero, Kēji

Viz Media, a leading anime streaming, television broadcasting, electronic surface mail (EST), and home video company, has announced the cast for the upcoming anime adaptation of Shu Sakura’s manga series "Rusty Fighter" (Niwatori Fighter).

The cast includes:

• Director: Daisuke Suzuki (D4DJ All Mix)
• Series Script: Hiroshi Seiko (author of "Jujutsu Kaisen" and "Mob Psycho 100")
• Producers: Joseph Chou (Knights of the Zodiac: Saint Seiya) and Sola Entertainment.

The story revolves around Kēji, a rooster who is not just any ordinary rooster, but the greatest protector of humanity. His enemies may be tall and proud, but his strong heart and deafening cry are unmatched.

Viz has licensed the manga and published the English version of the 6th volume in June. Shu Sakura made his manga debut on the Comic Pride manga site in December 2020. Hero Publishing will release the 7th volume of the manga on January 29.
