How to have children in Sims 4?

• Fake pregnancy –  sims.add_buff Pregnancy_InLabor or sims.add_buff buff_Pregnancy_InLabor : The sim you apply the trick on will look pregnant without being pregnant. They will give you days off and even a crib, but no baby will be born. If you want you can also decide how many months you are in your fake pregnancy:
