Dishonored Death of the Outsider: We turn to talk about the most important elements of Dishonored, the equipment and supernatural abilities that will enable Billie to carry out his task on Dishonored: The Death of the Stranger.
The stranger will also mark Billie in some way, providing us with some interesting skills that we can use in the adventure. Curiously, on this occasion, we do not receive supernatural powers of attack, limiting us to abilities that allow us to analyze the environments strategically and infiltration in general.
Unlike other deliveries of Dishonored, here we use vacuum power, which means that thanks to our link to the vacuum our supernatural energy bar is automatically filled without need for elixirs.
Displacement is the Movement skill on Dishonored: The Death of the Stranger. It is not a teleportation (like Corvo) or physical movement (like Emily).
Scroll works by placing a marker on the map of the game, the power will stay active until you decide to trade with the marker.
You can trade with the marker from a distance, if you move too far the marker is broken or you can not trade. You can go through windows and doors if there is a marker on the other side, for this is easier if we use the “Omen” ability.
You can use Scroll against live targets, you will eliminate them automatically, but you will receive some damage.
Omen is a very useful skill for recognition. He will do our infiltration task and will give us a lot of information to keep in mind.
This ability stops time and causes Billie to leave her physical body to examine (with limits, of course) the map of the game. During this state, Billie will be able to observe enemies, objects that can be collected or interacted with, alternate paths and electrical wiring (similar to what “Dark Vision” does on Dishonored and Dishonored II). You can also place “Shift” markers in the Omen state
Omen lasts until the vacuum energy bar is exhausted, or if you move too far from your physical body by breaking the ghostly bond and returning to your normal state.
You can mark all the elements that you see in Omen to take into account when you explore the map. The vision cones of the enemies will appear if you have them marked in Omen.
Semblaza creates a mask from the face of another person and allows you to pass through it temporarily.
It is a very useful skill to surpass certain security controls and so that the enemies do not detect to you. Even so, Semblanza has some limits, for example, animals that detect you by smell, not by sight will detect you as soon as you examine a little. Machines are not easy to fool either.
Semblanza lasts until the Energy Meter of the vacuum is exhausted, returning Billie to its natural state. It will also be immediately deactivated if someone finds the person to whom the face belongs.
Remember that Semblanza can only be used once per target (you can not steal another person’s face twice, so we can understand each other).
