480 ml. Of milk
4 eggs (separate the egg whites from the yolks)
150 gr. Of sugar glas (you can use normal sugar)
1 cuharada of water
115 gr. Of flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
First we melt the butter and reserve it until it cools down a bit. Heat the milk until it is warm and beat the 4 egg whites to the point of snow.
In another bowl, beat the sugar with the yolks, add the butter and the tablespoon of water. We mix carefully.
Add to the dough the sifted flour gradually and the milk tempered with the extract of vanilla. Once integrated, add the egg whites to the point of snow. You know, with enveloping movements and slowly.

You will see that it is a very liquid mass, do not worry is that way.
In a mold, previously greased with butter and a little flour, put the dough and the baking at 175º, for 45-60 minutes, depends on the oven. You try to prick with a knife and if it comes out clean it is already ready, but you leave a little more until it comes out clean. Leave to cool completely.
Serve with icing sugar on top. The colder the richer.
